The Legal Services Board has said that a number of regulators are not meeting its requirements to provide a list of those they regulate and to include information about their disciplinary record. CQS has now published its new Core Practice Management Standards (CPMS) with a deadline of 1 May for firms to comply with the requirements.
The amended standards were announced in November last year and firms will need to review their documentation in order to ensure compliance.
